NO LESS than Senator Manny Villar led the launching of model houses at Camella Ormoc in Brgy. Tambulilid here on Saturday, June 18, with Mayor Eric Codilla and other city officials joining him as he led guests, real estate dealers and prospective buyers to the “open house”.
The party toured the model houses and viewed its exteriors and interiors, tastefully arranged by topnotch interior designers not only for beauty but also for functionality.
Geraldine Gascon said the “open house” gives prospective buyers an idea of how they should also arrange their furniture when they move in.
The houses consist of the “Lessandra collection” which are ideal for start-up families, young professionals, and even OFW investments with its 40 and 46 square meter houses which sell at less than P1-million; and the bigger “Camella Home collection” which are ideal for big families and those who’ve already “made it” in their respective professions and business and sell from P1.2 to P3.5-million, said Geraldine Gascon-Garcia, general manager.
Camella Ormoc is the latest subdivision development of Senator Villar, who made his fortune in real estate development. Camella Homes-Ormoc is also the only national developer that is currently operating in the city, and is located just right beside La Pradera, their previous subdivision project here.
All Camella developments are enclosed with perimeter walls, guarded with security personnel 24/7 while efficient property management teams are present to cater to the needs of families living in Camella properties so they are guaranteed a quiet, safe and complete life.
Senator Villar, it was also learned, just recently gave P2-million to the Ormoc City government intended for the road concreting of an access road which gives commuters a short cut route from Brgy. Tambulilid to the western barrios of the city without having to take the long route through the city. By Lalaine M. Jimenea
