Getting to know Richard Gomez

“DI KO mauwaw mangumpanya para sa ako bana”, said Cong. Lucy Torres-Gomez, in one radio interview. “He is an accomplished man and bisan sa kalisod sa iyang giagian, he was able to rise above it and was a millionaire by the age of 20.”

The congresswoman, a “ Garbo sa Ormoc” awardee several times during the time of Eufrocino Codilla Sr. and one of the most beautiful women in the entertainment world and in Congress, added that Richard is a man who does not do anything half-baked. “When Richard does something, he plunges into it with all his heart and mind”, she said.

She enumerated that Richard is not only known as the top actor and model of his generation but also the country’s pride in the field of athletics. “He’s won several awards as Best Actor and even in the field of athletics, he’s brought pride to the country, bringing home medals”, she pointed out.
All these most people in the country know. And of course, Lucy extolling her husband’s virtues is natural. She even doubled up laughing that in their desperation to tar Richard Gomez, her husband’s detractors have began posting his pictures as a young actor, while taking a bath in one scene wearing only underwear. “These people are so desperate that they will do anything to pull him down. Kay ngano man diay, kun maligo mo, magsinina diay?”, Lucy posed.
Anyway, Lucy said that rather than waste her time answering the petty insinuations against him, and even her, she said that Richard Gomez’s curriculum vitae should say it all. She gives the EV Mail a copy and here it is:
